It was my first time buying here. I came to treat my kid as I tried Mochinut donut from work and I love how it taste. The donuts are so good, a different taste from the regular donut that we know. I was impressed on my first bite that's why I came to buy more. Thet are a little bit pricey but its a must try. The place is pleasant, and would be nice to dine in. I also tried their brown sugar milk tea and corn dog. Corn dog was a tad sweet to me but good. The service was good but just a heads up that you might have to wait for your order because they made it fresh. They have rewards to earn points, I know it was my fault not seeing the posted note to put your number to earn points. I just saw it on my second order so I lost that big points on my first order. I emailed but I have not received a response yet. But overall, I can recommend this place for a good sweet treat.

Food and atmosphere is always awesome! The girl in the pink did not help any customers when they came in. She just stared at them and including me and us walk up to the machine and she just walked away. She did not even greet anybody either! The atmosphere and the food is always wonderful here but the service and the employees are not very nice and this is my fifth time coming within the last three months and I live out of town! At first, I thought she didn’t speak English and I thought OK…. It’s ok… because maybe it’s a language barrier. But that wasn’t the case. She just completely ignored every customer that came in. There were four customers included. I hate leaving a bad review. And I’m sorry that I have to do this, but at least greet your customers.. even if you don’t want to speak to them…

The mochi ball matcha wasn’t my cup of tea. The matcha inside the donut ball was bitter. The games wasn’t sanitized, we opened one game and it smelled like puke. The Mochinut donuts was pretty good, no complaints there. The boba brown sugar tea was amazing but the passion fruit tea wasn’t good.

My family loves this place, our food is always fresh and hot. We love to play the games they have, it’s a very welcoming environment. I’m not a fan of the drinks I feel they are too over priced but other than that everything else is 10/10.

It’s unreal how good everything is. I don’t have a sweet tooth, but I’ll eat these all day. These treats are incomparable to traditional donuts. Upon taking the first bite, the texture is the defining characteristic. Assuming these are fried, it still feels light. Upon taking the first bite, it became a memorable moment. There’s always an array of thoughtfully created choices that offer a sense of familiarity and novelty. This, I believe, is what keeps their patrons returning for more.
